What do you include in the tenancy support?
In the tenancy support service, we help resolve various issues regarding rent and accommodation. We will discuss the issues with the landlord on your behalf and streamline the tenancy obligations to make your life convenient.
Will your support staff help me travel places safely?
Our support workers are highly experienced. They know the difficulties that participants usually face while travelling to places. So, rest assured that with their support, you can travel to places smoothly. Moreover, our support workers will help develop skills with which travelling to places will become easier.
What are the types of daily tasks with which you assist?
At LL & Co Disability Services, we assist participants with various daily tasks in shared living environments. These include assistance with meal preparation, cleaning, home organisation, gardening, washing clothes, gardening, etc. However, the support that we provide can be personalised.
Can you help me manage my NDIS funding efficiently?
Unfortunately, we do not provide support coordination where you can expect to develop competencies regarding NDIS funding and service delivery. However, if you need general guidance regarding plan management, we can certainly help you with it.
Do you assign experienced support workers to assist your clients?
We are known for our quality support. That’s entirely due to our seasoned support staff who provide intricate care. So, if you have selected any of our services, rest assured that you will be assisted by a qualified and skilled support worker.
How long will it take me to develop the skills required for independent living?
